We use this log data without assigning it to you personally or otherwise profiling it for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating, securing and optimizing our website, but also to anonymously record the number of visitors to our website (traffic) and the extent and type of use of our website and services, as well as for billing purposes to measure the number of clicks received from cooperation partners. Based on this information, we can provide personalized and location-based content and analyze traffic, troubleshoot and fix errors, and improve our services.

4. cookies

For the purpose of quality assurance and expansion of the functional scope of our Internet offer, we use so-called cookies on our web pages. 6. usage data

As far as necessary, we collect and use so-called usage data from you. This is personal data that enables the use of our Internet offer and billing. In the process, data is collected that contains both the temporal criteria of the use of our offer by you, as well as the scope of use and your identification features.

We would like to point out that we are permitted to generate usage profiles, i.e. compiled data on the course of visits to our pages, for advertising purposes, for market research purposes and for the design of our Internet offering. These usage profiles do not provide any information about your person and are not combined with any other data collected by us, so that no personal identification can be made by combining different data. You have the right to object to such use of your data at any time.

7. newsletter

To register for the newsletter, the data requested in the registration process is required. The registration for the newsletter is logged. After registration, you will receive a message on the specified email address, in which you are asked to confirm the registration ("double opt-in"). This is necessary to prevent third parties from registering with your email address.

You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and thus unsubscribe.

We store the registration data as long as they are needed for sending the newsletter. We store the logging of the registration and the shipping address as long as there was an interest in proving the consent originally given, which is usually the limitation periods for civil claims, thus a maximum of three years.

You can cancel the registration at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the prime rates. A notification in text form to the contact data mentioned in section 3 (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter) is sufficient for this purpose. Of course, you will also find an unsubscribe link in every newsletter.

8. product recommendations

Independently of the newsletter, we will regularly send you recommendations on our range of products by e-mail. In this way, we will send you information on our range of products that you might be interested in based on your last use of our services with us. In doing so, we strictly comply with the legal requirements. You can object to this at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. A notification in text form to the contact data mentioned in section 3 (e.g. e-mail or letter) is sufficient for this purpose. Of course, you will also find an unsubscribe link in every e-mail.

9. right to information

We would like to point out that you have the right to request information from us about the data we have stored about you and, if the data is incorrect, to have it blocked, deleted or corrected. You can request information both by telephone and electronically.
